Never use Russell cellular owned stores went to this location to pick up phones after speaking with business side of Verizon they flat denied me. They policy are different from corporate stores and I guess since there a big name with Verizon they let it slide. I felt kinda of judged even tho I own my business and have plenty of marketing around stl to show who I am. But they left a very distasteful feeling with me I always go to corporate stores now!!
