I was going to stop in to ask a service question, but was APPALLED at the attitude and general unprofessionalism I could hear before even going inside. Your employees at this location scream obscenities and racial slurs loud enough for customers to hear from the sidewalk. I will not be returning.
Our business has had Verizon as it's sole phone company since the early 2000s. The service and product quality has consistently gone down to the point where our lines are constantly failing, our business is profoundly impacted and as we are in health care so are our patients. When we try to call for service or problems we are connected only to an AI that does not function and does not take the numbers put into it.
