Very bad customer service
We visited the Verizon store after purchasing an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S21 and were told the phone was incompatible with Verizon. After checking the IMEI ourselves on Verizon's BYOD website, we found that the device was, in fact, compatible. We simply transferred the active SIM card from the old phone to the new one, and it immediately worked with the existing phone number. My husband and I were in the store today to upgrade 3 phones. Terry helped us navigate the confusing upgrade process and he gave us information on our options.
