Absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced from a phone/technology provider. Luis was absolutely wonderful and followed up with me later to make sure everything was working as expected. He walked me through all the features and the plan options. My highest recommendation goes to this team. I will also say we switched from Xfinity mobile to Verizon and my cell service has improved significantly.
