Sent me to a different store was given two numbers when asking for customer assistance. Bought a phone and it was the wrong one. I tried to return it an hour later and I was told I would have to send it via mail or take it back to a flagship Verizon store and that store told me they couldn’t swap out my phone because it didn’t come from the flagship store.
