My customer service at this verison wireless was 100% satisfactory!!!! This was only due to the service I got from Kasey. His professionalism, his charisma, his humor, and so on and so forth were just outstanding. He definitely went above and beyond his job description. Let me just say Verison need to give this man a raise!!!
