Emerald was amazinggg! Having lots of trouble with activation on a phone and he was definitely top tier on the helping+ much much grace to him!
I was having issues with my new phone that Verizon warranty was giving me the run around on and refusing to to do the right thing saying it wasn't in their policy to do so. Kenton Shearer from the Eaton location went above and beyond anything anyone from Verizon has done for me in the 17 years I've been a customer with them. He is a rockstar!!!
