I went to the store the other day when my daughter accidentally removed her eSIM card internally and Sean Approached me right away was super helpful. Got me in and out quickly and did it with a smile. Good Customer service is hard to find these days so I wanted to give a shout out to sean
I had an excellent experience at Verizon. I was second in line.line, wait time was reasonable. Although my original phone couldn’t be fixed John went above and beyond. He did everything, explained my options clearly and didn’t make me feel rushed. Once we picked a new phone he set everything up quickly and made the process easy. Thanks John.
Her name is Robin, and she did an amazing job with my 80yo father and I this morning. She took her time to explain everything to us and gave my father all of his options. She needs to be recognized by her leadership for how far she went to meet our needs and retain a 20yr customer. Excellent job well done!
All I needed was a new phone. Went in there, waited, with only one employee to help anyone. Then, after waiting all that time, she couldn’t help me. Went outside and ordered my phone in 30 seconds. Came back the next day to pick it up, and they couldn’t even help me set up my new phone. Might as well just close this store down, if customers have to do everything on there own anyways.
I went in there because my phone loosing it's charge to fast. John was excellent! He explained everything and offered lots of information.
