They offer you a deal, then a few days later they tell you it’s no longer possible. and of course they refuse to refund the money you paid for the deal they offered in the first place. 😂 Incredible but true. Completely incompetent employees.

Katelynn is an AMAZING manager!!! Verizon is very lucky to have her! I had unresolved issue originated from different store and their manager who is very unprofessional did not take any responsibility and made me visit their store over 10 times throughout 6 months. I was very upset and so exhausted. However, I visited here and met Katelynn, she resolved the long-taken problem in one day! Awesome, kind, and fast paced work! Super efficient and professional. Absolutely recommend this store:) Thanks agian!
My wife and I went in to the store today to ask about Internet service and the lady presented herself as the new manager, but her dress attire was not adequate. I didn’t know if I was a a titi bar or phone store with how little coverage she had. I was afraid for a nip slip. My wife said she saw other customers (men) taking pics of her. I will definitely not be going to the same place again.
