Absolutely unacceptable experience with Verizon. Nothing works. I can't log into my account, and your system keeps looping me endlessly. Why are you asking for a User ID when most people don’t even remember it? And when I click “Forgot User ID,” it leads to a blank screen—no recovery, no instructions, nothing. Nick Grimaldi was very helpful and professional in taking care of my needs to get a new IPhone16. He transferred all of my data from my old phone onto the new one and he also helped on a new Apple IPad. Nick works at both the Deerfield store located at 199 N. Federal Hwy and Coconut Creek store located at 4705 State Rd. 7. I would like to note that I am a senior citizen and really appreciate how I was serviced and helped.
