I scheduled an appointment same day and was pleasantly surprised that it was not overcrowded. The employee was very helpful and saved me money when I was not yet eligible for an upgrade but had older, more costly plans on my devices.

I recently went to the store to remove an add on service to one of our family plan lines and see if there were more competitive plans that would keep the same service I had. I also purchased a new phone. The add on was removed, but the new plan I was out on, while guaranteeing that only superfluous things were removed, actually removed important components such as the phone promotions on some of the line.
