Tod was super knowledgeable and helpful when I had trouble setting up my new phone. He made me feel better about changing to the Google pixel phone from the Samsung when I was having doubts about it. The service people at this store are always helpful. I know I could get less expensive service with different carriers, but I wouldn't get the help or the quality I've always gotten with Verizon.
I’ve been having trouble getting my phone activated, I called Verizon numerous times went to 2 other local Verizon stores to see if they could help and had no success. Today I came here and was greeted by Luis, the guy was amazing and helpful even though I was frustrated. Much respect and a huge thank you!
