Buyer beware. Hackers may be getting through Verizon wifi routers! I would have given this 5 stars to Amanda and 1 star to Ben the store manager! I came into this store on Monday due to an issue with my account and worked with Amanda B, who was absolutely instrumental in identifying that my account had been hacked. She spent over two hours helping me cancel phones that had been fraudulently ordered and contacted customer care to ensure proper notations were placed on my account so no additional phones could be distributed. I lost my phone in an emergency situation. I came in the next day to get a brand new phone. Eli (Elijah) was PHENOMENAL!! He helped me the first day to get my new phone. I had a few problems getting my new phone set up on my own. I came back in to ask Eli for help and he saved me!! He helped me recover my old phone and transfered info to my new phone! I HIGHLY recommend this location!! GREAT customer service and very knowledgeable staff!!
Max was amazing at customer support and helping us find a new iPhone to trade in, our old phone was broken and he did above and beyond with helping us get the best prices available, I’m so happy and satisfied with the new phone we got everything was perfect.
