Trey was GREAT and he gets 5 stars!! And so does Kelly (i believe that was her name) HOWEVER---your team has been suffering without ac for 2 or 3 weeks and for a billion dollar company that is not right. Fix their ac!!! They are in a glass box with the sun pouring directly in from either side and that is not fair or right to them they are not fish in a fish bowl. Get on this verizon it's not ok
Just order online you'll save time and a lot of money. The people there are awful.
