I cannot say enough great things about this Verizon location! As an active-duty military member who is new to the area, I was looking for a more affordable phone plan. I already had Verizon Wi-Fi, but I needed to transfer over 5 phone lines from another carrier and was worried about how expensive it would be. The manager Janae (idk if that's spelled correctly lol) and Jeremy went above and beyond for us. Janae and Reese were both very helpful and accommodating! definitely ask for them for any assistance. They both stayed after hours to help us get our new plans set up, not to mention the 10/10 customer service from both of them.

Stephanie, was amazing! Very helpful and accommodating. Whatever I didn’t understand, she was great about explaining it. When I made any changes, she was great about giving me what would serve my iPhone needs best. Please keep her at the Briargate office forever. Every time I’ve come to this location, it’s been someone different, so please don’t transfer her to another location. She’s the BEST!
