Ordered phones a month ago, paid off my phone early to get my order in. Got an email saying phone was delivered. Stopped by store. Only one phone was there so I had to come back 2 weeks later when the second phone was delivered. Got to the store only to find out that there was no phones. They sent us to another store. Drove down an hour from highlands ranch because I heard Genae was so good. Helped me with filing my claim for my cracked screen. Made quick work and had me out the door in a jiffy. Will be back for sure.
I want to offer a shout out to Nick who helped my family and I buy new phones, transfer the data, and set us up with great accessories! Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable in providing answers to all our questions and concerns. Nick was very friendly and attentive during our visit to the store. I highly recommend Nick since he provided excellent customer service for us, and suggest anyone seeking a new phone, watch or tablet...and any accessories needed to see Nick! You won't be disappointed.
Quick to push me away to another location instead of trying to solve my problem. Truthfully didn't even fully understand the nature of my problem before trying to push me out the door. Unfortunate considering there's two employees, one staring at their desktop and only addressesing me when convenient. Even during slow hours. Been a customer for over 25 years. Looking to switch to Fi now as my primary instead of secondary service on this alone.
