Went in looking to swap networks and was not disappointed. AJ was nothing short of excellent, he provided me with amazing customer service and information. Left very satisfied.

Brandon R was so helpful! I went in the store because my iPhone had a SIM Failure. After not being able to use my phone for a day and a half I was not happy. Brandon got me set up with the new 16 pro, the process was painless. He even talked me into getting the new Apple Watch. Fake Verizon, don't let the name fool you, THIS IS NOT REAL VERIZON!!! DO NOT GO HERE. They will scam you they do not participate in any of Verizons deals at all. The real store is by academy and woodmen they will treat you with respect and they don't mess up Verizon accounts like they do here. The other fake store is on Voyager by the ford place dont go there either.
