Quick to push me away to another location instead of trying to solve my problem. Truthfully didn't even fully understand the nature of my problem before trying to push me out the door. Unfortunate considering there's two employees, one staring at their desktop and only addressesing me when convenient. Even during slow hours. Been a customer for over 25 years. Looking to switch to Fi now as my primary instead of secondary service on this alone.
The only reason I am giving Verizon a 5 star is a gentleman named Abel. Weds he was working the fair and I walked up originally asking him how to cancel services due to HORRENDOUS service Ive dealt with thru customer service. And he helped fix the issue and I actually wound up signing up for home Internet service. Until once again the phone customer service made life horrible. Abel was awesome! He was kind, informative, and got me the IPad I needed! The best service, I have ever had at Verizon!
Went in looking to swap networks and was not disappointed. AJ was nothing short of excellent, he provided me with amazing customer service and information. Left very satisfied.
Jackson was the GOAT. Super helpful, made the experience hassle-free, and he was super friendly on top of that. He obviously knew what he was talking about. Recommending him to anyone who needs Wi-Fi.
