Reserve an s25 ultra lady on phone said all I'd need is id get there and there's an additional $250 in hidden fees just to activate a phone on the same line thats been active for years, been a customer for 5 years and verizon has been steady going down hill would not recommend them at all..

This isn't as much a review of this particular Verizon building, but the company itself. I've spent the past 2 hours getting an agent on the line only to be put through an entire loop on their automated system. All I wanted was to understand what was going on with my payment arrangement. I never wanted to cancel, and it's gone off of my profile completely. It's baffling frankly this company cases me more strife than necessary to get something figured.
