Terrible phone service, especially for business plans. My whole team has left Verizon because of hidden fees, terrible customer service, and hours wasted on the phone fixing bills they promised to be certain amounts and then not delivering. We even have text and email confirmations with certain rates being promised and then the next month it is higher. DO NOT USE Verizon.
