We had such an incredible experience with Angel here. She was so incredibly patient with some rather impatient customers, and handled everyone's issues with a smile and kind tone. She was multitasking through multiple phone calls and tech issues, and handled our phone upgrade and transfer with ease. We were so grateful to have her help!
Angel was not only fun to talk with while getting my new phone set up, but she is super knowledgeable about tech and Verizon’s services. She’s a straight shooter and is not the type to try and hook you into something that you don’t want! Highly recommend seeing her for any of your phone needs.

Just had to tell you what a positive experience I had at the TCC Verizon store . Quinn was very knowledgeable and so patient with us during our visit.
