Recently became a Verizon customer moving over from Straight Talk prepaid. I was lucky enough to work with Robin. I came straight from work and arrived 45 minutes prior to closing. She took the time to set my new phone up, install accessories, and found many discounts that qualified for. She was very helpful and very friendly despite working past closing time.
