Refuse to take back phone within the 30 days, Brianna and Mindy claim screen has a scratch. Had it looked at by a shop they said no scratch. Also lied about restock fee and not being forthright about even having 30 days. Called Verizon to find that out. I have call into TTC just waiting on call back.
I got my new S25+ yesterday and Mindy was amazing with all the helpful information and transferring of data.
Brianna and Mindy Are the best ! Had spent hours with tech support on phone trying to complete what I thought should be a simple task which I was told was not possible. If they had not stepped in and made it happen I don’t believe it would have ever been completed. Very thankful for their help. Very knowledgeable and they know what they’re doing. Big time Thanks to them.
