I went to this store on Oct. 28 2023 with a Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra that had a cracked screen, I was told if I trade in my phone for a new Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra that there was a special promotion going on and I would get $800 off the new phone, I was also told it would take a few billing cycles for the criedt to show up on my bill, I called verizon on Jan 23 24 about the status of my trade in and they told me they have no record of my trade in from that store and would be contacting me the very next day, that was 2 day a... read more
