I went to the Verizon store to get some help with Paying off my telephone Jennifer. Was the young lady who helped me? She was very professional. And very nice and had a lot of knowledge. I appreciate when you have workers such as Jennifer. I give her 6 stars. I wish you had more employees like her.

I received a mailing to my home with the "first bill" for 4 iphones which were under "my name" with an additional last name which is not me. I immediately went to the office and was directed to another corporate office who only made me call their fraud department but was not willing to assist me without providing a police report with documentation. I've never been more frustrated at a company in my life. In store, Verizon promised "free" watches and iPads with our new phone upgrades. Several months then go by and nearly $1000 in charges hit the account. Verizon claims the promotion is invalid. Furthermore, an additional $10-20 charge per device was added per month and we were prior assured (in store and confirmed by the corporate office) that no additional charges would incur. I was PROFILED by one of your representatives. I will be at court Monday morning to file a sue! How dare him " ASSUME" He shut both my phones done for no reason, he also flag my acct. assuming they were " STOLEN" It got to a point I ask for am ambulance because I started to cry & hyperventilating over his actions.
