We Walked (my significant other and I) in to ask a question about our bill after being told by this very location our bill would not be higher with upgrade.. no one spoke to us or acknowledged us at all.. we sat there for 25 minutes, still no one said a word to us. No “you need to make an appointment “ or “we’ll be right with you”- absolutely nothing. It was like we were invisible. Absolute horrible customer service. No sense of urgency whatsoever..

I went to the Verizon store to get some help with Paying off my telephone Jennifer. Was the young lady who helped me? She was very professional. And very nice and had a lot of knowledge. I appreciate when you have workers such as Jennifer. I give her 6 stars. I wish you had more employees like her.

I received a mailing to my home with the "first bill" for 4 iphones which were under "my name" with an additional last name which is not me. I immediately went to the office and was directed to another corporate office who only made me call their fraud department but was not willing to assist me without providing a police report with documentation. I've never been more frustrated at a company in my life. In store, Verizon promised "free" watches and iPads with our new phone upgrades. Several months then go by and nearly $1000 in charges hit the account. Verizon claims the promotion is invalid. Furthermore, an additional $10-20 charge per device was added per month and we were prior assured (in store and confirmed by the corporate office) that no additional charges would incur.
