By far the worst Verizon they are extremely rude and are always overcharging you they did it twice to my father because he has limited English. I think Verizon should really look into this the last time they charged him an additional $50 for a SIM card and last Friday he was charged an additional $500 and wasn’t told anything about this the receipt that was given to him says $876 but the balance on the account on the App say $1379 so how is that even possible.We went in today to clarify the bill and unlock the phone because ... read more

Gabe was wonderful! He helped me have such a great seamless experience. He helped me change over carriers and set up my new phone with no issues. The store was extremely busy and short staffed but was super attentive and efficient while managing a busy store. He was extremely patient and kind, and really did a great job at his job all while keeping a smile on his face
Knowledgeable and helpful person and he understands my concerns.
