The manager Brayton lied and misled to make a sale. He has weekly quota's he has to make and now I have extra charges on my bill. The authorized retailer's store's are a rip off, I learned the hard way. Verizon Corporate store is in Anderson, well worth the short drive.
Fire the young man (I'm guessing he's a man not a woman) for rude customer service and get rid of the girl working there too.
