I worked with Dan Sanders and the experience could not have been better. His knowledge and attention to the details allowed for a quick and accurate diagnosis of my phones problem. The insurance claim was filed and approved quickly with Dan’s assistance and the new phone arrived the next day. Returned the next morning to have Dan transfer the data to my new phone. Victra located at 210 Hwy 441 Clayton, GA 30525 Verizon Authorized Dealer is a terrible place to do business with. I paid cash for a new Apple Watch, took it back two days later due to a problem with it. They were terrible, would not refund me my money, would no exchange it, was told they had no more of them, referred me to corporate store. After driving 2 hours corporate store referred me back to Victra in Clayton, GA. Issue still not resolved, other people in the store left frustrated, this place does horrible business.
