This has to be one of the worst Verizon Stores there is. They are not very well versed in their products and support is next to nil. At least that has been my personal experience on to different trips. To be fair they do try to solve the problems they just seem clueless on how to do it.
Sold me an iPhone 5C as upgrade, told me they needed 2 electronic signatures, one for credit card, other for local store records. Never informed me 2nd signature was $400 early termination fee separate from Verizon's own early termination fee. Never provided me copy of pages which actually showed the additional contract terms. Moved out of state where Verizon is not dominant carrier, Verizon allowed cancellation w/o penalty, but Z Wireless collections are pursuing $400 cancellation fee.
