Verizon is getting to be too expensive....charge for everything....we have been with them 14 years but seriously thinking about going to another mobile service. Very disappointed in them.

Awful customer service. Waited 10 minutes after being greeted and told to take a seat for help and watched while 3 employees stood around talking. I eventually left and won't be back.
