Went in to have a line added. Employee was more concerned about flirting/asking me out than completing the issue. I now have a new line under a business account I never wanted and they refuse to correct it. Also, employee’s should probably not be allowed to text customers who come in to ask out for drinks/pool. Professionalism anyone?
I would not do business here after seeing what they did to my friend. Horrendous, Horrendous customer service.
I've been a Customer here for over 17 years. The experience we had here today made me ready to leave Verizon. We had our plan upgraded without being told about this. Streaming services were added when we didn't ask for them. Not to mention we were charged DOUBLE for the phones. This is wrong. We were scammed here!
Last week I had a terrible experience with Verizon customer service, specifically with a representative named Anna. I was incorrectly charged for a purchase, and despite my clear explanation, Anna was unhelpful and seemed unwilling to correct the error. This frustrating encounter, coupled with the incorrect billing, has significantly damaged my trust in Verizon's service and accuracy. It truly felt like because of my age she took advantage of me!!
