RecommendedA big shout out to Jacob Swift with Victra. He hung in during a three hour marathon call to get my phone replaced. I really appreciate his help I don’t think I could have hung in through all the transfers and “we don’t handle that here”. Jacobs perseverance got the job done.
Terrible customer service. The guy could not even tell me why the tablet I cancelled is on my account still. Started an arguement, cussed me out and tried to get in my face as I was walking out of the store. Women do not go in their alone. They try to intimidate you.
