I wish I could share the positive experience that others have described, but unfortunately mine was extremely disappointing. I upgraded my phone online, received a confirmation email, and multiple notifications stating that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the store, I was informed that my order was no longer available because the device had been sold to someone else—even though it had already been assigned to my order and I had a valid order number and pickup confirmation. JJ helped my husband and me with our new phones yesterday. He was patient and thorough and understanding of our needs. He answered every question we had and explained all of our options thoroughly and offered suggestions for the future so there would be no surprises. It was a pleasure to work with him. He is definitely an asset to our local Verizon store.
