My husband and I were in the store until 11pm last night. We came in to get a billing issue resolved. The employees not only offered their support but their knowledge of the company to help us with the problem. We had full intentions of leaving the company due to the people we spoke with in customer service but Ryan and JonAaron were so amazing we ended up buying 3 new phone with accessories.
