This place is a joke! They charged twice the amount to activate a phone then Wireless world and then they charge you for them to hand you a box for a device. They have terrible accessories selection. They charged me $20 to hand me a $600 watch and told me there was nothing they could do about it since it was part of the buying a device fee yet they NEVER helped me set it up! Don’t ever shop at a Victra store they are liars and thieves!
Awful customer service! Bought accessories and they didn't put an applicable discount on there. Then they told me sorry we can't return these items now and put the discount on. Called the 800# and they told me that store could've returned them but that would've messed with their commission. So they lied and could've returned and put the discount, just didn't want to. I will be driving to Rochester from now on to that store. I worked with Max and Micah.
