Poor experience as I cancelled my home internet and returned my equipment, but the local store never documented my return and I got a email I was getting charged $200 dollars for not returning the router. They told me at the store I can return it there and that was from the District Manager level. Just can’t ever be a simple process. Now I have to pickup the router and ship it anyway.
