They are always so helpful and right on the ball there! Their staff is lovely and they are always able to get me right in, when I need that.
James helped me tremendously. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I knew what I was paying for and everything about my new phone. He helped me with my apple carplay and told me to come back anytime if I had questions. Great customer service and that’s hard to find.
Shelby did an outstanding job when we came in for a iPhone data transfer. We ended up leaving with another new phone and a iPad. Her expertise was amazing. Being from out of town we took a chance with a new store and came away so impressed with the service and professionalism. James the manger was very accommodating. Definitely recommend this Verizon store. You will not be dissatisfied!!
