Great service, they went above and beyond.
My mom fell and dropped her phone in the river losing the last records of her late mother. I went in there with her and she was in tears but Brayan was so patient and understanding. He joked with her a little to cheer her up, he listened to what she wanted, and even tried to make sure everything was recovered, and he told her to come back to finish what wasn't recovered. He stayed late to help us get it taken care of and everything, this is actually the second time this store has helped us out after something traumatic. But ... read more
I went in there. Wait a little bit no big deal. Show them my phone asked if they could fix it. They said no but they could upgrade it. I said OK next thing I know I have a great phone that works amazing with a case and a screen protector for a pretty good price.
