This Victra Verizon store sold my 82 year old father a Verizon plan that costs more than $100 per month! When I went to the store to gather further information, the two representatives were extremely rude. I will be speaking with the manager later this date to file a formal complaint regarding these two rude employees. There was another customer in the store at this time. I'm surprised that he didn't walk out due to the poor service.
