The Barstow California Store on Montara Road were great in helping me. Making it so easy for me to upgrade my phone.
Nessa was truly amazing, she was not about selling a product but simply helping me with my current phone. she took the time and was very attentive to my concerns. I was at the point of switching to spectrum for a phone and leaving Verizon but she gave me A+ service. I have been with Verizon for at least 25 years. she changed my as of leaving today 7/6/2026.
