First of all they never notified us the phone was there we just went by because we ordered the phone when my old phone broke and we were on a road trip so it was frustrating to know they were not busy and we’re not gonna notify us that the phone was even there and then once we got there, we had to wait 10 minutes because they have some kind of safe. Mike was the gentleman who helped me and he was more than amazing. I brought a broken phone in and he did the best for me deal wise and took extra time to try to help me with my data transfer. I am very grateful that I can come into your office and get an actual human being to help. I am also grateful that you guys have very steadily continue to do face-to-face customer service through the years.
CaserGarcia Was awesome I have come in before and they didn't fix the issue. He was very patient and stayed with it until it was right.
