Would give a -5 stars if possible. Please stay away! Went in Christmas Eve after loosing my phone through the ice, was told that the insurance absolutely, positively did not cover loss. Was promptly and eagerly sold a new phone and accessories. After the holidays I was informed that the insurance covers loss, theft, the works... and confirmed it with Assurion. So now I'm either stuck with a very expensive new phone, or am out hundreds in accessories, set up fees, restocking fees, etc... and no they won't refund or waive any ... read more

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. They don't stock the screen protector I need so they had one shipped to me on November 5th. On November 7th, they took the money out of my account and I still haven't seen the screen protector. I keep calling and keep getting the run around. Pathetic human beings work there! I WILL NEVER return!
