I was behind one person in line, and waited over an hour! The salesperson never even acknowledged me! I was helped by a kid who just clocked in, and because he didn’t like the fact that I was in a hurry, he CHARGED ME $40 just to get into my mail program. Very upset!!!

Luis is the definition of good customer service. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. My family and I switched over to Verizon. We originally had a issue with our previous provider.
