Had a great experience. Not a bad deal but what was most noticable was the staff. The young man who helped me was very personable, and my interactions with the other 2 gentlemen was very pleasant. More than just professional there was a relaxed comfortable atmosphere. Staff definitely gets 5 stars. I would definitely refer the Clearlake store to friends and family. They have yet to fix my phone it's been weeks. Also the technician at the store made a mistake and charged me an extra and then told me that there was no way to return me the money. Hard pass
