Beware if you ask for a screen protector for your phone!!! It cost me $54.99 for an inferior product. I got a much better screen protector from Walmart for $12.98. Which is only $.03 more than the shipping and handling they want to charge for a replacent for theirs, which cracked within 2 weeks, and got worse!
We just signed up for Verizon service and International calling service and had a great experience. The agent was very helpful and persistent when meeting a challenge or two with our old phone and we are grateful he resolved our concern. We went into a Wichita, Kansas, Victra store on Maize Road and dealt with a salesperson named Tyris. My huband had decided on an iPhone 12 mini we were buying him for his birthday. It costs $10 more to buy through Victra than Verizon to start off with. On the phone he told me they would give around a $100 trade-in for my husband's iphone 7.
