I had nothing but a horrible experience here working with Sydney. She told us that there weren’t any deals for iPhone 11’s when there were, she told us that we had to port our own phone numbers because “tHaT’s WhAt ShE dId LaSt TiMe” when in fact the ATT rep said was not true, our rebates have been a constant back and forth with Verizon themselves because of her laziness. The manager didn’t even want to talk because she was “in a meeting” but yet kept going in and out from the back of the store to the front of the store alwa... read more
