I walked into this location grumpy and stressed. My SIM card had locked me out of my phone, and it was already after 5 pm. Thank goodness Oscar was there. He saved my sanity as well as my cellular uncertainty! Despite the numerous obstacles, he was committed to resolving my SIM card issue. He was courteous, overwhelming patience, went above & beyond customer service, very knowledgeable, and kind. It changed my attitude to entirely grateful.
