Chris was wonderful while working with me on updating my phone. I had many questions and he was very patient, helpful and professional. I went into the store thinking this was going to be a painful experience but Christopher made everything easy, painless and worked with me to get me the best deals, a better package to meet my needs and kept my bill down! I would most definitely recommend anyone to visit this store for your phone, and iPad needs! Thank you Christopher for treating me like a person and not a number!!

Wonderful staff and super helpful. Crystal and Ray always smile and offer to help any way they can. Honestly the BEST Verizon I've been too, in multiple states! Very clean and organized, too.
Raymond was great! We came in at 5PM to get new phones. The store closes at 6PM. He did not rush, carefully explained everything about our plans and our new monthly bills, and even went through the complete set up process for both phones. This all took a lot of time, and kept him there until well after close, almost 8PM! Now, we have new phones that work perfectly, we understand our monthly phone bills/our plans better, and would call Raymond a friend! Thank you!
