We worked with Mason out of the Virginia, MN store. We have been customers with Verizon for over 20 years and working with him was the best experience we've ever had. He was knowledgeable, patient, and even stayed late to ensure our two new devices were activated and working. Take care of this employee, he deserves the acknowledgment. If you need assistance, ask for him and if he isn't there, don't waste your time, just come back.

Very snippy, their phones were more important than helping us, his voice tone when we asked questions seemed very annoyed and frustrated for us even asking simple questions, they were very unfamiliar with their business, customer service sucked. Im a pretty good judge of character and theirs definitely sucked!

They were rude to my mother after she asked about switching plans. My father passed away and was the account holder and they handled the situation terribly. They weren't welcoming or professional. They were too busy on their own devices to help or establish proper customer service. They got very snippy with her after she asked a question and got very defensive causing her to have an anxiety attack. Will never go back.
