Sat in the store for an hr and was never helped. Guy at the counter said he was helping someone else. Definitely won’t be back there.

Do not purchase goods from this store. We bought 2 new phones & a tablet that was a bonus promo deal and were being charged the wrong price for over 6 months. I went to this store and had numerous phone conversations w them and Verizon to resolve the issue. TCC were zero help, they told me there was nothing they could do since they are 3rd party, the manager finally just started ignoring me !!!!! Say whaaaaat ? The issue was not resolved until I contacted Verizon on their FB page and someone finally listened to me, refunded ... read more

I took my 78 year old mom to this store to pay her bill when she didn't receive it in the mail. Clerk was not very helpful almost to the point of being rude. Then changed her a dollar to pay her bill. This is just another reason for me to get her to switch to Sprint or Boost.

They are the most unhelpful Verizon store I have ever been to. I had issue with phone I got 3 weeks ago and all they did is give me a number to call. Called the store at Knapp corner and they gave me a new phone. It's worth the drive to avoid this store

I wanted to buy a phone at full retail. They told me that they had to call the manager. Ok. Well manager said I couldn't purchase the phone full retail but I could buy on the edge program. Really? What's the difference, I asked. The response was if I sell you the phone at full retail, the store don't make any money. So you were worried about making money and not the customer? Response was yes when asked that. You lost more than just a phone cost, you lost my whole family's business!
