TCC Connersville offered me a promotion for buy 1 get 1 phones on my 8GB plan and then charged me for the "FREE" phone for a year! when I realized the mistake and called they told me that it was an unlimited data promotion only. so basically I was sold a promotion that didn't exist and they say they can't do anything about it because its been a year! RecommendedAshlee provided the best customer service my wife and I have experienced across any purchase in our history. She was kind, welcoming, caring, patient, and ensured we were completely satisfied with our purchase. She should be training other representatives on how to work with customers. Went in last night and was there forever but had excellent customer service. Rob was very thorough and upfront, not to mention very patient in dealing with us lol Even after everything we accomplished and it taking quite some time he made sure that we was happy with our plan and that we didn't want or need anything else (accessories ect...) without pushing us out the door. Very pleasant guy especially with hitting his 12 hour mark on black Friday lol We drove off happy so our trip there was a success 🙂
