I needed a new phone as my old one needed a battery. Whitney was very patient with me in setting up the I phone 17. I needed a new I pad and will return and work on that. All the relevant plans were explained to me and I was very happy with the savings. Also Joe, Madison andJaxon we’re involved at times. Very great staff!!

Madison was very helpful with getting my husband and I new phones. She was very good at multi tasking and helping several customers at once. I definitely recommend going to Chapin for all your phone needs.
