Oh dear the gentleman ISAAX was very helpful and knowledgeable and help fix a personal issue and got me setup for receiving my new phone from the insurance. I called customer service and they couldn’t complete it for me I was very sad as I’m a elder woman, but Isaax took time to help me and now I will finally get my new phone tomorrow as it’s been a long week without one. isaax I truly appreciate you I hope you see this review

I had to get a new android phone and Kayla could not have been more helpful. She set everything up and answered my questions without making me feel "too old" to have a new phone.
Went in looking for a simple phone plan, salesman had a plan for $65 a month, said i could return the phone with no fees for 14 days. Paid $160 for taxes and activation fees. Just got my first bill for $154 10 days later. Went back to the store to return it and cancel the contract just to be told that they wouldnt take it back due to a scratch that they had to put it under a microscope to see (took it to a repair shop after to find the suposed scratch) salesman also lied about the phones specs and added insurance without my ... read more
