Isaax in Moses Lake, was so helpful with my new phone purchase. He was so patient and had all the answers I needed. Grateful that we have such kind and dedicated local TCC reps. Historically, I have not had good customer service at this location. One time I waited 45 minutes and left because- not only did no one help me- they never even acknowledged my presence! This was many years ago and I told myself I was done with this location. Today I had to get a serious problem fixed on my phone and I finally went back in, it was my last resort after trying a dozen times to get help over the phone and online. I can only speak from my experience and wow I worked with a young nice fella named Isaax and he helped me so much! I was having a lot of issues and he got me into a new phone as I needed one and helped me with my other issues and even after he has been there for me, I'm thankful for him.
