I’m late getting to posting my review but a couple of weeks ago I was having issues with trading in my son’s iPhone because the home button had fallen off his phone when it broke. Kayla and Tevin went above and beyond to help me get things figured out. They were both so polite, friendly and knowledgeable! Amazing customer service. Thank you again Kayla and Tevin!!
When I enter a store, I'm there for customer service issues, mostly. So my recent visit to the Moses Lake Verizon store was the example of what most people expect, including me.
