Second time coming back to this store. We upgraded and opened additional lines with Isaax. He was very informative and helped us transfer all our data over to our new phones even figured out how to recover a password that others couldn’t. Don’t know how he did it! This was such a positive experience and saved us so much stress!
We switched from Tmobile and glad we did! My wife and I had the pleasure of working with isaax and he got us two new phones and the service is way better! We are impressed. Im a review type of guy so i looked at the review prior and i seen a person below this message not too happy but i looked at his other reviews of other places and seen that hes not happy with anyone but a beer place lol I would definitely recommend everyone was friendly and we understood all the information and most importantly verizon has incredible serv... read more

No wonder they had me leave a review before I left because sure enough a month later a bunch of extra added charges that I DID NOT authorize. Even after I told them I have dealt with this at AT&T before. This store just lost Verizon 4 loyal customers great job. 10/10 do not recommend and my Representative was Isaax
Eight year customer of Verizon I Came in to get help with account Was told to go home and call according to Kayla a Verizon employee. Every time I have walked in to a store the employees we’re more than happy to help.No Here today ,Tevin way better Kayla was none of that lazy and rude prefers to be on personal phone. Kayla needs to be retrained
