We visited a few days ago and got four new phones. Rob was phenomenal! I highly recommend this store. They are knowledgeable, not pushy, and very friendly! The only thing I didn't care for was the lack of phone options, but that's not the salespeople's fault.
Went today to upgrade my phone and had an awesome experience! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and helped right away. They initially tried to sell me a package of stuff for my phone but when I said no, they never pushed. Was able to get my new phone and everything switched over very quickly.
Your customer service sucks. They will tell you anything when they are selling you phone but when you have to go back for service on your screen protector it's a different story.
