TCC should become familiar with all Verizon sales and promotions before misinforming the customer. TCC should also follow through with their word about contacting customers when trying to resolve a promotional issue. I feel lied to and manipulated just so someone else can make commission off of my account.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I’d much rather drive 45 minutes to an actual Verizon Wireless Store than deal with this place. If I was TCC corporate, I’d close this store down or replace the manager.
