Brendan exhibited extremely good customer service in working on the transfer of our phone service from Sprint to Verizon this last week at the Lees Summit location for Verizon. We ran into a snafu when I thought our 3 year old Sprint phones were paid for and they were traded in. He was knowledgeable in who to call to get all issues resolved to our satisfaction!
