Love this store!....they have always treating me good and are super friendly....they always answer all of my questions and help me in any way possible...high fives to them!
I went into the Auburn store and looked at tablets. I told the salesman Jeff that I wanted to purchase a tablet to watch the games on NFL mobile by Verizon. He told me I could do that. I bought it on August 14th, foot ball starts 2 weeks ago and guess what, it doesn't work on the tablets. My wife took it in and the guys admits he told me wrong, and tells us we need to call Verizon. My experience with Verizon service is good, but this guy needs fired, one way or another they are going to take the tablet back and cancel the ag... read more
