I purchased 5 new phones from TCC in December and the rep didnt process the order correctly. I am still fighting Verizon to correct my bill because of this salesperson. TCC manager will not return calls, and I would never suggest someone go to this store unless you are willing to spend days on the phone trying to correct your bill. 6 months later and the bill is still not right.

My boyfriend had an issue with his existing phone, it was not repairable. We stopped into a nearby Verizon store and were told that stores don't stock the model with the memory he needed. So, he went online and had the phone ordered and delivered to the closest store, which was the @TCCVERIZON Rehoboth loaction, he watched the order because we needed it by Wednesday 07/08/2020 and wanted the people in the store to assist us in set up. Although the store is still open, the employee would not sell me a phone claiming that it would take too long and they are closing soon. Don’t stay open until 8 if you don’t provide service until then.
