RecommendedI would recommend going to this Verizon dealer and asking specifically for Bobby to assist you. I purchased what I considered an expensive Samsung phone from another dealer in Dubuque and was told they could not transfer my information from my old phone because of the threat of the corona virus. In fact, they would not touch my phones. I was then given a sheet of paper with several instructions for doing it myself. I have been with Verizon for 10 years now, I have never once had an issue, and I still really do not, however about 3 weeks ago my wife and I went in for a phone upgrade, which turned into a night from hell. We walked in and the manager/only guy on at the time wasn't even in the main lobby.
