This is the worst Verizon store I have ever visited. They are not helpful at all. I went in to buy a replacement charger for my iPhone and was given the wrong charger, I went directly back in to exchange, in which they did. And after experiencing a problem with the charger, I went back to the store and was told nothing they can do; I have to file a warranty claim. The worse part is the DISHONESTY by the store manager, she exchanged the wrong cord for the correct cord and that cord was $3 cheaper. I was never informed of this... read more
