My issues were handled very well. I was treated with respect and given ideas to manage the functions of my phone better. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to walk me through options for my phone service. This store delivered a high level of service.
Switched to Verizon here last fall because the rep aggressively pitched a "business account" for Uber drivers as the reason for an unbeatable cheap plan. He never mentioned any 2-year contract, BYOD terms, or that porting out early would trigger a $300+ prorated fee/clawback. When I switched to Spectrum in January (their no-penalty free phone for a year offer), Verizon billed me over $300 for something never verbally disclosed. My visit was a good experience. Tha representatives were knowledgeable and efficient, which helped get my new phone up and running quicker than expected.
The guys here are so helpful! Chaz and Kai were amazing and have helped me numerous times with my personal and work devices. Thanks you guys! I will always return to this location.
