Chaz is amazing!!! Super helpful, switched service providers to Verizon and Got my phone upgraded. The only complaint I’d have is the manager was yelling at someone in the back which held up the process, and we could hear everything through the wall.
Chaz, at Verizon was amazing! He was the perfect blend of persuasive but not pushy, he helped me find the best possible plan for my business! He even stayed past his hours to help me with a complicated account issue, which meant so much! Thank you, Chaz! You are my hero!
Left a 5 star when Jeremy was here but ever since he left the quality of service at this Verizon has been horrible. Both in store and customer service over the phone. If you can get another phone service and it works in your neighborhood, 100% go that route. My whole business and employees are on Verizon and it has been terrible. We've spent literal months in these stores and on the phone fixing problems.
